Gameplay still has lagging issues

The last update brought some nice features. Love the elemental spirits.

However gameplay often freezes/hangs/lags for several seconds to the point where it becomes annoying and affects gameplay.

Also the recent price hike across the board has made gem packs less attractive. Now upgrades require gems/coins and resources. This makes it near impossible and/or take forever for the average player to perform upgrades.

I am NOT a fan of the new Vanguard mode. Its basically much the same gameplay. Iow, nothing really new.

Instead it would have been incredible if the developers would have added terraforming to the game. The ability to physically change your kingdom - add hills, moats, trees, boulders, etc would have been very cool.
